Status of the project

Regent is a design and a preview. No Regent smart contract is deployed on any network. The protocol is not live, has not been audited, and does not hold, custody or move anyone's funds.

The preview is a simulator that runs entirely in your browser. Pools, prices, competing bidders, balances and P&L in it are simulated or paper values. They are not real markets, not real quotes and not real money.

The $RGNT token is not live

$RGNT is not live. There is no contract address yet. There is no sale, presale, airdrop or listing. Any token, contract or account claiming to be $RGNT today is not from this project.

If and when a contract address exists, it will be published on this site and announced on X (@Regent_rwa), the project's only social account. This site will never display a token price, a chart or a buy button.

No affiliation or endorsement

Regent is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Robinhood, Uniswap, Chainlink, NYSE or any issuer of any security, Stock Token or other asset mentioned on this site.

Names such as Robinhood Chain, Uniswap v4, Chainlink and NYSE are used only to describe the technology and calendars the design refers to. Tickers such as $NVDA, $AAPL, $TSLA and $SPY are plain-text references to markets. No third-party logos are used. All trademarks belong to their owners. The design builds on the am-AMM paper by Adams, Moallemi, Reynolds and Robinson (2024); its authors are not involved in and do not endorse this project.

Eligibility and jurisdiction

Stock Tokens are not available to US persons. Availability of tokenized equities, and of any protocol built around them, differs by jurisdiction and may be restricted or prohibited where you live.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. Nothing on this site is directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be unlawful.

Not financial advice, no promise of return

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, or an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any asset. It is general information about a software design.

There is no promise of yield, APR or return of any kind. In the design, rent paid to liquidity providers is whatever bidders choose to pay in each auction. It can be zero. Worked examples, calculator outputs and simulator figures are illustrations of arithmetic, not forecasts.

Smart contract risk

Smart contracts, once deployed, carry a risk of total loss: bugs, oracle failures, governance failures, sequencer failures and economic attacks can destroy funds. Hooks sit in the swap path of a pool and are fixed at pool creation.

The Regent contracts will require an independent security audit before any real deposits. An audit reduces risk; it does not remove it. See Risks and disclaimers for the full list.

What this site asks of your wallet

Connecting a wallet is optional. If you connect one, the site reads your public address and, where configured, your public ETH and USDG balances on Robinhood Chain. It may ask your wallet to add or switch to Robinhood Chain if you press that button.

Placing a paper bid asks for an EIP-712 typed-data signature with the domain “Regent Preview” and the flag preview: true. It is gasless, it is not a transaction, it has no verifying contract, and it authorizes nothing on any chain. The site never requests a token approval or a transaction. If a page that looks like this one ever does, leave.

Data and privacy

There is no backend, no database and no account. Your paper history is stored in your own browser (localStorage), keyed by your address, and can be erased with the Reset button in the preview or by clearing site data. Wallet connection providers and RPC endpoints you use may process your IP address and public address under their own terms.

No warranty

This site and its contents are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The design, parameters and documentation may change at any time, or the project may never ship.
